Ans: If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact Client Services immediately. We cannot guarantee any amendments to your order. If your order has already been processed, IERA does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Ans: Yes, payments are completely safe and secure.

Q3. When our order will be shipped once we place?

Ans: We dispatch the order usually after 24-48 hrs of placing.

Q4. How do I wash and care for my IERA pieces?

Ans: Each indiviudal item has its own care instructions. We recommend refering to the item product page or the care tag in the garment for all care instructions.
