At IERA, we believe in longevity and timeless design. All our products are handcrafted to last, using the finest materials. But the way we wash and care for our garments is just as important. No two fibres are the same, and each requires its own method of washing and storing. All our pieces are colour tested and we mention the specifications of wash care for each product. Please read the instructions for washing with care on the product page along with the tags mentioned on the garment that says dry clean only.

We hope you constantly like our items and never need to return to this page. However, if there is the rare event that you do, here is our refund/exchange policy:

1. Any products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt. Please confirm that the product is unused and that all tags are still intact.

2. Exchanges are only possible for sizes. If you wish to exchange it for a different product, please utilise the return & refund option and use Store Credits to place a new transaction.

3. We provide complimentary reverse pick-up for the vast majority of pincodes. However, if the pincode is not useable by our logistics partners for whatever reason, we may request that you courier the product back to us and share the tracking slip with us. In this instance, the return expenses would not be paid.

4. You have the option of requesting a complete refund in the form of redeemable store credits (which you may use to buy at IERA later) or a return to your original credit/debit card or bank account.

5. In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund, as applicable.

6. COD collection charges, if any applied on your order, are non-refundable.
